Hours, Arrival & Departures
The studio is available by reservation from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Requests outside these hours may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Important: Your rental time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup. Please do not arrive early, and ensure you and your clients vacate the studio by the end of your reserved time so the next creative can begin promptly. Additional time may be billed in hourly increments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your reservation may receive a refund or be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Permitted Uses & Capacity
The space is perfect for photography, videography, branding sessions, workshops, content creation, and small meetings. Our maximum occupancy is 25 people (this includes the photographer, assistants, clients, models, and guests).
Cleaning & Etiquette
We ask that you leave the studio in the exact condition it was received. Please return all furniture to its original location, throw away trash, clean spills immediately, and remove all personal belongings. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive messes.
Please be respectful of our staff and neighboring businesses by keeping music at a reasonable volume and supervising children at all times.
Decorations
Temporary decorations are welcome! However, to protect our space, only painter’s tape may be used on the walls. Nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, glitter, confetti, and paint are strictly prohibited.
Food, Drinks & Pets
Food & Drink: Permitted, but the renter is responsible for cleaning any messes. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval! Pet owners are responsible for any cleaning or damage. Service animals are always welcome.
Furniture, Equipment & Damages
Your rental includes access to our studio furniture, continuous lighting, and props. Equipment may not be removed from the premises. The renter accepts full financial responsibility for any repair or replacement costs due to damage to the studio walls, floors, furniture, or equipment during their session.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your session without refund: pornographic photography/videography, creation of sexually explicit content, smoking or vaping inside, open flames or candles (unless approved), firearms, hazardous materials, and illegal activities.
